ST. LOUIS, February 27, 2015 – AvantGuard Monitoring Centers, through its sister company, Freeus, LLC, has acquired substantially all of the PERS assets of Cary, North Carolina based Securus, Inc. today. Securus will retain its GPS tracking business.
The Edmonds Group, LLC acted as exclusive advisor to Securus, Inc. for the transaction.
